I am the Founder and CEO of ODAA Virtual Assistant. I spent over 13 years in the criminal justice arena. This opportunity provided me with a great deal of insight and knowledge. From there I moved into the world of corporate security and dispute resolution. Being tasked with helping to build and manage dispute resolution teams allowed me to gain expertise in organizing training, managing systems and people, and process implementation. Teaching accountability and integrity, serving customers and proving that the human touch was not completely gone from business has been my vision for my company.
